Store manager responsibilities involve all aspects of store operations, including:

  • Motivating the staff - keeping the employee turnover low while continually developing the quality of our staff and customer experience.
  • Supervising, leading and training staff.
  • Establishing and exemplifying the standards for exceptional customer service within your store.
  • Merchandising, including creating strategies to maximize sales and customer convenience.
  • Reporting.
  • Daily store operation.
  • Managing store expenses.
  • Protecting company assets.
  • Managing store maintenance, including quality and appearance.
